Olesya is the director of the Mystetskyi Arsenal cultural and art complex, a board member of the Ukrainian Institute, the Eastern Europe Foundation and the CEDOS think tank. Since 2014, she has been reforming the state sphere of culture as the first Deputy Minister of the profile. Olesya is a well-known journalist on the subject of contemporary culture and cultural politics.
